Find the entrance
Reach the apartment building in Swieqi. Look for the "South" entrance — a glass door with the apartment number visible nearby.

Enter the common area
Step inside the entrance. On the wall you'll find a row of postboxes with numbers.

Open postbox 14 — locker inside
Locate postbox number 14. Inside the postbox there's a small locker. Enter code 1675 and take the apartment keys inside.

Take the stairs or lift to the first floor
Your apartment is Flat S14 on the first floor. Use the stairs or the lift, then open the apartment door with the key from the locker.

By 10:00 AM
Please leave the apartment by 10:00 AM on your departure day.
Return the keys to the locker inside postbox 14 (code 1675) and make sure the apartment door is locked behind you. A quick message once you've left is always appreciated.

A weekly collection schedule is available in the apartment. Please leave your garbage bags on the street near the building door on the designated collection day, following the schedule.

Private Jacuzzi
Please shower before using the Jacuzzi and avoid glass containers near the water. Use is at your own risk — supervise children at all times.

Keys
Take the keys with you whenever you leave. Do not leave them inside if the door is locked. At check-out, return them to the locker inside postbox 14.

Towels — fee based on damage
Please do not heavily stain towels. Replacement costs will apply if towels are damaged beyond normal use.

No pets
Pets are not permitted. This is a building regulation that applies to all residents and guests.

Swieqi is a quiet residential area — St Julian's main spots are reachable in 10–15 min on foot.

English is widely spoken. Locals also speak Maltese — a few words go a long way.

Malta uses the Euro (€). Cards are widely accepted.
